Story Writer turns a premise and your guidelines into a complete story draft. It works in three stages (plan, reference sheets, chapters), and a reviewer model checks the result of each stage before the next one starts, so a continuity problem is caught while it is still cheap to fix.
Usage
Open an empty project folder in Vloopex and start Write story.
Pick or write your story guidelines when asked. Vloopex keeps earlier versions, so a voice can carry over from one book to the next.
Leave it running. If the machine sleeps or crashes, start it again: it resumes after the last finished step.
What it produces
Everything lands in the story folder (mystory unless you choose another):
conspect.md: the plan, with the outline and the guidelines it followed
characters/ and locations/: one reference sheet each
chapters/: one Markdown file per chapter
sheets.json: an index of every sheet, for other tools
Configuration
Options are set when you start the vloop:
outDir (default mystory): the story folder; it must be empty or not exist yet.
minChapters and maxChapters (default 2 and 3): the length of the story.
minCharacters, maxCharacters, minLocations and maxLocations (default 1 and 3 each): the size of the cast and the number of settings.
parallelism (default 3): how many sheets are written at the same time.
maxChapterReviewRounds (default 2): review rounds per chapter before it moves on.
planner, sheetWriter, chapterWriter and reviewer: a runner, model and effort level each, so you can plan with a large model and draft with a local one.
Notes
The defaults write a short story. For a novel, raise the chapter range and plan for a long night.
Guidelines in your project take precedence over the starter guidelines that ship with the package.
Keep the story folder under version control if you want to compare review rounds.
