Reads every matching tag as text, in source order.
Parameters
- text: unknown
  Text to search. Falsy values are treated as empty text.
- tagName: string
  Tag name, with or without angle brackets.
- Optionaloptions: { trim?: boolean } = {}
  - Optionaltrim?: boolean
    
    Trims outer whitespace. Defaults to true.
